First Stripe Testing (Done first week in January or last week in June)

Basics of walking stance upset fingertip low thrust (10), close stance backfist side back strike (10), walking stance x-fist pressing block (11), sitting stance outter forearm W shape block (12), close ready stance C (100), vertical stance (101), sitting stance palm pushing block (102), L stance upward punch (102), vertical stance downward knifehand strike (103), high turning kick (104), L stance obverse punch (105), L stance side elbow thrust (106), close stance inner forearm middle side front block (107) (Volume 10)

Second Stripe Testing(Done last week in January or last week in July)

Basics of knee upward kick (13), walking stance flat fingertip high thrust (13), L stance double forearm pushing block (14), L stance backfist high strike (15), X-stance X-fist pressing block (16), L stance low knifehand guarding block (16), close ready stance C (100), vertical stance (101), sitting stance palm pushing block (102), L stance upward punch (102), vertical stance downward knifehand strike (103), high turning kick (104), L stance obverse punch (105), L stance side elbow thrust (106), close stance inner forearm middle side front block (107) (Volume 10)

Third Stripe Testing (Done last week in February or last week in August)

Step Sparring:

Defender starts in parallel ready stance. Attacker starts in a left sparring stance and uses right high section turning kick. All step sparring ends with defender stepping back in “L” stance and guarding block.

01 – Defender leaps back using guarding block with knifehand with right “L” stance, right long fist (high section, throat) in right walking stance

02 – Defender leaps back using guarding block with knifehand with right “L” stance, right (#2) turning kick (high section)

Self Defense:

Spontaneous Self Defense of hooking punch.
