Step Sparring:
Defender starts in parallel ready stance. Attacker starts in a left sparring stance and uses right middle section side piercing kick. All step sparring ends with defender stepping back in “L” stance and guarding block.
01 – Defender steps back using circular inner forearm block with left walking stance, right knee kick (midsection)
02 – Defender steps back using circular inner forearm block with right walking stance, left (#2) turning kick (midsection)
Self Defense:
Spontaneous Self Defense of straight forward punch.
