First Stripe Testing (Done last week of March or last week in September)

Basics of walking stance upset fingertip low thrust (10), close stance backfist side back strike (10), walking stance x-fist pressing block (11), sitting stance outter forearm W shape block (12), walking stance knifehand high front strike (189), flying side piercing kick (190), L stance forearm low block (191), walking stance reverse knifehand high front strike (192), middle back piercing kick (193), sitting stance forearm middle front block (195), sitting stance backfist high side strike (195), L stance X knifehand middle side block (196), and walking stance both palms upward block (197) (Volume 10)

Choong Moo (1-15)


 

Second Stripe Testing(Done last week of April or last week in October)

Basics of knee upward kick (13), walking stance flat fingertip high thrust (13), L stance double forearm pushing block (14), L stance backfist high strike (15), X-stance X-fist pressing block (16), L stance low knifehand guarding block (16), walking stance knifehand high front strike (189), flying side piercing kick (190), L stance forearm low block (191), walking stance reverse knifehand high front strike (192), middle back piercing kick (193), sitting stance forearm middle front block (195), sitting stance backfist high side strike (195), L stance X knifehand middle side block (196), and walking stance both palms upward block (197) (Volume 10)

Choong Moo (16-30)


Third Stripe Testing (Done last week of May or last week in November)

Step Sparring:

Defender starts in parallel ready stance. Attacker starts in a left sparring stance and uses right high section reverse hooking kick. All step sparring ends with defender stepping back in “L” stance and guarding block.

01 – Defender steps back using parallel forearm block with left sitting stance, left punch to ribs (kidney) in left fixed stance

02 – Defender steps back using parallel forearm block with left sitting stance, right (#2) inward pressing kick (behind knee)

Self Defense:

Spontaneous Self Defense of overhead strike.
